The objective was to design a dashboard for a Vitals monitoring app that can accurately capture and display a user's vital signs in real-time. The current iteration of the app has experienced user dropouts due to the inaccuracy of users in using the camera properly, resulting in incorrect or incomplete data. The challenge is to create a user-friendly dashboard and an app experience that can help users position their camera correctly and guide them through the vital sign measurement process, reducing the likelihood of user dropouts due to user error.

User engagement and keeping them informed is key to a successful reading. If the camera is not positioned correctly or the image is not clear, the app could display an error message that explains what the user needs to do to improve the image quality.
